Mrs.Dr.Vidya ( Name Changed ) was having repeated syncope & giddiness along with Abdominal Pain . Being Doctor herself she was not able to understand what was wrong with her . Case Study -  Mrs Shinde Went to nearby Hospital in Panvel (Navi Mumbai) for her complaints of Chest Pain & Breathlessness.  Initial ECG showed few changes in leads. So, Cardiac Enzymes were sent.
